a few posts ago i mentioned that one of my favorite blogs to check in with on a daily basis was snippet & ink. as they do on most fridays, they have complied a list of links to visit for fun or for inspiration. one of the links they shared today just has to be seen by all! (warning: get your tissues girls!!)
where has this week gone? i cannot believe that it is thursday already! it's ok with me that this week is flying by, though, because i just cannot wait for the bachelorette festivities that will commence this weekend for my sweet little bride to be, courty!
such a sweet friend to everyone you know - i am so excited for you in this time of your life. this weekend is sure to be a blast, i cannot wait!
so excited to be brides at the same time..even if it's short lived;)
in our phase of "always a bridesmaid, never a bride"... finally broke the curse!
ps - the dreaming tree has died...hahahah
my personal favorite photo of us - pretty much sums it all up! i'll always be here for you whether you need to vent,
it's so hard to say goodbye.
i love seeing my family. i get so excited when they will be coming to town, or when we will be going to visit them. but when it comes time to say goodbye it gets so hard for me.
i immediately start planning our next get together & start a mental countdown.
...i'm back! a little sad, had to cut the vacation short. but i suppose it's good to be back on the healthy eating track & a regular gym schedule, right? . . . :-/
i'd still rather be laying on the beachhh...waaah!
here are just a few photos from our trip:
(still loving instagram!)
shawn & his brother
mom, aunt joan, & aunt kathy..3 of the greatest women in my life!
shawn & i were very fortunate to be able to stay down the shore with his family & coincidentally, my family was staying just a town over. we were very lucky to be able to spend time on the beach with both families over the 4th of july holiday=)
and now it's back to the real world!!..well, sort of anyway! the remainder of the summer is filled with bridal showers, bachelorette parties, a vacation to florida, a wedding, and lots of family time.
